| We realise that not many of
you sail around in 3-masters built 100 years ago, the likes
of the Christian Radich, the Norwegian training ship. But
when the Radich decided to renew her complete sail inventory
of 14,480 sq. ft, Lee Sails was selected to do it.
So were other tall ships like the American
Rover, the Sorlandet,
the Statsraad
Lehmkuhl, the Te Quest, the Unicorn, etc. In fact,
it's the adaptability and versatility that have made
Lee Sails a truly international sailmaker. Be it a
fleet of sabots or a renowned Beneteau 51, you'll find
Lee Sails on board.

You too can sail on the Thomas
E. Lannon that was featured on the cover of WoodenBoat
Magazine and is flying Lee Sails.
Picture yourself relaxing on the deck of this beautiful 65-foot
schooner as she sails out of Gloucester Harbor on a light southwesterly
breeze. The Thomas E. Lannon takes passengers out for a two-hour
sail and gives them a taste of what it was like to sail on a
fishing schooner a hundred years ago.

The Schooner Aquidneck - New
Port, Rhode Island
|
|
|
The Schooner Aquidneck (formerly the
Lady Stirling) is a magnificent 80 foot gaff rigged schooner
built in 2004. She is a vivid reminder of the clipper schooners
of the past, transporting cargo and seafood to our local shores.
The Aquidneck is a Charles Whittholz designed sailing vessel,
built by Captain Dan Hallock at the New Suffolk Shipyard, on
the North Fork of Long Island, New York.
Lee Sails was chosen to outfit the Lady
Stirling with a full suit of sails for her maiden voyage
and we are happy to say that we continue to outfit the

| Mr and Mrs. Dunau are repeat customers and were nice
enough to give us this picture of their O'day Typhoon
Daysailer fully outfitted with Lee Sails. No Measuring!
They and didn't need to measure this time around becuase
they used the patch numbers on their existing sails to
order exact duplicate of what they already had. |

I meant to respond sooner to give
you an idea about how things turned out, but time
seems to have a way of slipping by un-noticed. Anyway,
the sail looks great, fits perfectly, and is well-supported
by the new battens. The Warrior logo is very unique
and looks exceptional against the tanbark sail.
